Tell us what's getting stuck — and meet Luz while you do

No cold forms. Tell us which part of your operation jams up —unanswered messages, quotes that drag, collections nobody chases— and we'll tell you which synthetic employee makes sense, exactly what it would do in your case and how it starts. The one answering you is Luz: one of our agents, on the job.

Talk to one, live

The demo is the conversation.

We're not going to show you a video of what an agent does. You're using one. Luz handles our own inbound prospects: she listens, understands your case and decides on her own when to bring in a human.

  • A real conversation, not a form

Agent online

Hi, I'm Luz, a synthetic agent at InnovaBlack. Tell me what your business does and what eats up most of your time — I'll tell you what fits and how to get started.

Tell her in one line what's weighing on you. The more specific, the better she can help.

Straight talk

Who it's for. And who it's NOT for.

✓ Who it's for

  • Operations where the volume of conversations already outpaces the people handling them
  • Teams losing sales to response time, not to price
  • Anyone repeating the same admin work every day who can describe it
  • Businesses whose information lives in some system, even if it's messy

✕ Who it's NOT for

  • If you want a cheap chatbot with canned answers: that costs less, and it's not what we do
  • If you need physical work —delivery, cleaning, floor service— that lives at robots.innovablack.ai
  • If nobody on your side will be able to decide what the agent can resolve on its own
  • If you expect it to work without changing anything in your current process
Before you ask

What everyone asks first

How long until it's up and running?

It's a well-scoped project, not an endless pilot: when it wraps up, the agent is already handling real conversations, not sitting in testing. The timeline for your case is spelled out in the proposal. If someone promises it overnight, they're selling you a chatbot with canned answers, which is a different thing.

How much does it cost?

It's contracted with a one-time activation fee, which depends on how many systems need to be connected, followed by a fixed monthly fee that covers operation, improvements and AI usage. Luz gives you the scope and cost for your case; how pricing works is laid out on the pricing page.

How is it different from a chatbot?

A chatbot follows a tree of answers someone wrote. A synthetic employee understands what it's told, checks your systems, does the work and knows when to hand the conversation to a person. The difference shows the moment a customer asks something nobody anticipated.

Do my systems need to be in order first?

Not to get started. It does help to know where the information the agent will need actually lives. If your inventory lives in someone's head, that's the first problem to solve, and we'll tell you so.

What if the agent gets something wrong with a customer?

It's designed to escalate to a human when it isn't sure, instead of making things up. You and we set that boundary together: what it can resolve on its own and what always goes to a person.

Who am I talking to in this chat?

Luz, one of our AI agents. It's not a demo: it's the same kind of synthetic employee we build for clients, handling our own inbound prospects.

How pricing works is on the pricing page. If you'd rather see cases before talking, they're in cases.
