How pricing works for an AI agent
No per-conversation charges. A simple model: a one-time activation fee + a fixed monthly fee. Here we explain what each part includes, and what the cost depends on.

An AI agent is contracted with a one-time activation fee —which pays for the implementation project— plus a fixed monthly fee for maintenance. There's no per-message or per-conversation charge. The work is run by result, with evidence, a brake and a named person accountable. The final price depends on the role, the volume and the integrations. We give you the cost for your case in the assessment.

Activation fee
A one-time payment. It covers Discovery of your operation, designing the agent with your tone and your rules, the build, connecting it to your channels and systems, testing, and go-live with a person supervising.
Monthly fee
A fixed payment each month. It keeps the agent up to date, supervised and secure, covers its operation and improves it with what it learns about your business. No per-conversation or per-user charges.
How to get started
You start with a conversation with Luz, receive a proposal with scope, roadmap and cost, and sign for the role you want to fill. You can add more roles later.
What drives the price
The role
An agent that only books appointments doesn't cost the same as a collections agent that negotiates payment plans or a sales agent that qualifies and follows up. The more complex the decisions, the bigger the project.
Volume and channels
How many conversations it handles and how many channels it runs on (WhatsApp, web, Telegram). The fee is fixed, but it's sized to your real operation.
Integrations
Connecting it to your CRM, calendar, ERP, catalog or payment gateway adds implementation work. The more 'hands' it needs, the fuller the project.
What you DON'T pay
- —Per-message or per-conversation charges
- —Commissions on results
- —Per-candidate or per-lead charges
Pricing FAQ
How is an AI agent priced?
It's contracted with a one-time activation fee —which covers the implementation project— plus a fixed monthly maintenance fee. There are no commissions or per-conversation charges; the work is run by result, with evidence, a brake and a named person accountable. The cost depends on the role (sales, support, collections, scheduling, etc.), the conversation volume and the integrations you need. The cost for your case is set in the free assessment.
Is there a per-message or per-conversation charge?
No. Unlike many chatbot platforms that bill per conversation or per active contact, the model is a fixed monthly fee. The agent handles many customers in parallel without the cost rising with volume (Meta's official WhatsApp API fees, when they apply, are separate and transparent).
What drives the price?
Three things: the role and its complexity —a collections agent that negotiates payment plans is not the same as one that only books appointments—; the conversation volume and channels (WhatsApp, web, Telegram); and the integrations with your systems (CRM, calendar, ERP, catalog). In the assessment we map your case and give you the scope and the cost.
Does an agent replace a person?
No. The agent takes over the repetitive part of the role, works any hour and in parallel, and your team keeps what requires judgment. It frees your team; it does not replace it.
Is there a large upfront investment?
No. The activation fee covers a well-scoped project (Discovery, build, testing and go-live), not a massive platform. The activation + monthly fee model is designed so a small or mid-sized company can get started without the typical outlay of traditional automation projects.
Can I hire just one role?
Yes. You can start with the role that hurts the most —for example, a sales agent or a collections agent— and add others later. Each role is quoted separately.
What would it cost in your case?
Tell Luz about your operation and she'll give you the scope and cost for your case, no strings attached.
